Our HP Hansen blades are made from the finest possible quality of steel and the proces has been developed,
improved and tested though a number of years in close cooperation with our suppliers
. Ofcourse this gives us and our suppliers a unique know how concerning the way of making blades, and in achieving our goal.
To supply the perfect blade for the picture framing industry.

HP Hansen blades have a guaranteed hardness of minimum HR 60, which means a very long life time for the blades.
HP Hansen blades can be resharpend a number of times, and you can choose either to send the blades to us for resharpening
or use one of our many distributors world wide.

From the very first operation of the blades, where the new rough steel are cut to shape, we have approximately 25 different working procedures
before we can send the blades out to our customers. In order to achieve the highest possible quality each process is carefully checked,
so we can be 100% sure that the blades which leave us, meets our requirements for a quality product.

HP HANSEN BLADES AND PRODUCT CODES

When ordering HP Hansen blades you have to be aware that there is a difference between blades for Hansen, Jyden and Morso machines.
Please carefully check that you have ordered the correct item number from the sheet below.

All HP Hansen blades are delivered in a solid box made by polysterene. Be very very careful when unpacking the blades
as they are extremely sharp. If you do not pay 100% attention when unpacking the blades, you risk serious damages!
